01Only send with permission
Use MintReply only for recipients who affirmatively subscribed to the sending brand. Keep evidence of the form, source, time and scope of consent. A purchase or an account alone does not establish marketing consent. Do not use purchased, rented, scraped, appended or third-party lead lists, or send unsolicited outreach.
02Preserve consent during migration
Import each brand’s consent history together with its unsubscribe, complaint and bounce suppression records before any send. Do not reactivate suppressed recipients or reuse one brand’s permission for another brand. Only resume marketing after a valid new opt-in where required. Start with smaller, engaged cohorts and review delivery and complaints before increasing volume.
03Identify the sender and enable opt-out
Authenticate each sending domain and use accurate sender names, subjects and content. Include the sending organization’s postal address, applicable Privacy Policy link and a clearly visible working unsubscribe link in every marketing email. Honor opt-outs promptly and before subsequent marketing, within the shortest period required by applicable law or provider policy. Do not require a login, fee or purchase to unsubscribe.
04Prohibited activity
Do not send deceptive, fraudulent, phishing, malware, unlawful, harassing or rights-infringing content. Do not evade provider reviews, sending limits, suppression checks or another tenant’s access restrictions. All customers and their end users must comply with applicable law and the Twilio SendGrid Email Policy.
05Monitoring and complaints
Maintain accurate consent and suppression records and monitor bounces, complaints and engagement. We may request evidence, restrict sending or suspend a violating account. Report suspected abuse using our contact form, including the sender, date and relevant message headers where available. Do not submit passwords or unnecessary recipient lists.
