01Service and access
These terms cover the MintReply SaaS email marketing platform provided by MIXUAN GROUP (HONGKONG) LIMITED. MintReply provides tools for permission-based email marketing, including contact segmentation, visual templates, campaign management, A/B testing, automation configuration and reporting. New access is currently application-based. Submitting a registration request does not create an account or grant sending permission; onboarding and sender verification must be completed first.
02Your account and responsibilities
Provide accurate company and contact information and use the service only if you are authorized to act for that business. Keep credentials confidential, assign appropriate team permissions and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for the content, audience, consents and privacy instructions you provide.
03Permission-based marketing
You must comply with our Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policy, applicable law and the delivery provider’s policies. Marketing requires affirmative consent to the specific sending brand. Every marketing email must identify the sender, display an accurate postal address, and include a working unsubscribe link and the applicable privacy policy. Honor withdrawals and suppression records, including when migrating from another provider.
04Customer data and content
You retain your rights in your data and content. You authorize us and the service providers described in our Privacy Policy to process them as necessary to provide, support and secure the service. You must have the rights and permissions to upload them. We do not acquire permission to market unrelated products to your subscribers.
05Plans, availability and limits
Fees, limits, payment terms and any service commitments are agreed separately before paid service is activated. An application is not a purchase. Delivery depends on your practices, recipient mail systems and service-provider policies; no inbox placement, revenue result or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed. Planned features and configured integrations must not be treated as completed external acceptance tests.
06Restrictions, suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access to investigate spam, security incidents, missing consent or other violations. You may request closure and data export or deletion through our contact form. We may retain records needed for security, suppression, legal duties or disputes, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
07Disputes and changes
Contact us first so we can work to resolve a problem. Nothing in these terms removes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory applicable law and any separately signed agreement take precedence where required. Updates will be dated and material changes communicated through the service where appropriate.
