Is there a free trial?
Access is reviewed. Applying costs nothing: after approval we set up your workspace and verify your sending domain before any paid service starts.
What counts as an email?
Each message handed to delivery for one recipient. Previews, test renders and dry runs are measured separately and don’t count.
Is SMS included?
SMS is available on every plan and billed by usage, because carrier costs vary by country. We’ll quote rates during onboarding.
What if I send more than my plan?
We agree higher volumes with you in advance. Your bill won’t change without talking to you first.
Can I move from my current provider?
Yes. We migrate consent history and suppression lists first, review converted templates email by email, then ramp up with engaged cohorts. Scale and Enterprise include hands-on migration review.
How is billing handled?
Prices are in USD, billed monthly and exclude applicable taxes. Fees and payment terms are confirmed in your agreement before paid service starts.
